The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the December 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 5.099 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:
The first tranche has a size of SAR 159 million and a total tranche size of SAR 2.574 billion, matures in 2025.
The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.183 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 1.837 billion, matures in 2030.
The third tranche has a size of SAR 663 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 10.134 billion, matures in 2034.
The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 3.093 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 23.708 billion, matures in 2049.
