The Ministry of Finance announces that it has completed a tap issuance of the 2018-01 issuance for the second time under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The tap issuance size was set at SAR4.850 Billion. This brings the total amount of the 2018-01 issuance to SAR 17.920 Billion.
The further Sukuk issued were divided into three tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 2.600 billion and matures in 2023G.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.850 billion and matures in 2025G.
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 0.400 billion and matures in 2028G
