On behalf of The Ministry of Finance, The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the August 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 500 million.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 100 million and a total tranche size of SAR 6.125 billion, matures in 2028.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 400 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 13.550 billion, matures in 2035.
