NDMC closes the January 2022 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of January 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 2.833 Bn (Two Billion and eight hundred thirty-three Million Saudi Riyals).

The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

•     The first tranche ha​s a size of SAR 1.248 Bn (One Billion and two hundred forty-eight Million Saudi Riyals) and matures in (2030).

•     The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.585 Bn (One Billion and five hundred eighty-five Million Saudi Riyals) and matures in (2034).
