​The role of the financial institutions and investors relations management in the National Debt Management Center is concerned with maintain and improve distinctive relationships with local and international financial institutions and investors, by developing open and continuous channels of communication with them.

NDMC is also pursuing in expanding the base of local and international investors, focusing on building a targeted communication channels with the potential investors, by increasing transparency and providing the information and data needed by investors, and expanding debt issues to new markets and currencies.​​
