The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of July 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 5.020Bn (Five billion and twenty million Saudi Riyals)
The Sukuk issuance was divided into four tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR776 Mn (Seven hundred and seventy-six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029).
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.340 Bn (One billion three hundred and forty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032)
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 823 Mn (Eight hundred and twenty-three million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
- The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 2.081 Bn (Two billion and eighty-one million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
