An elite group of financial and economic experts and specialists from around the world participated in the "Capital Markets & Credit Outlook" seminar, held on Tuesday, September 17th, 2024, in Riyadh. The event was organized in partnership between the National Debt Management Center, the credit rating agency “Moody's", and AlTamayyuz Finance & Accounting Excellence Academy.
The seminar addressed topics aimed at deepening the understanding of credit ratings and Moody's methodologies in its credit assessments, along with the impact of local and regional economic developments on the future credit outlook for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. It also explored the prospects for the financial sector and debt capital markets in Saudi Arabia and the GCC countries, including sovereign debt and green Sukuk issuances.
