The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of September 2024 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 2.603 Bn (two billion and six hundred and three million Saudi Riyals)
The Sukuk issuance was divided into six tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 255mn (two hundred and fifty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2027).
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 375mn (three hundred and seventy-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029).
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 638mn (six hundred and thirty-eight million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031)
- The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 1.021Bn (one billion and twenty-one million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034)
- The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 202mn (two hundred and two million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
- The sixth tranche has a size of SAR 112mn (one hundred and twelve million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
