The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of October 2024 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 7.830Bn (seven billion and eight hundred and thirty million Saudi Riyals)
The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 823 Mn (Eight hundred and twenty-three million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029).
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 320 Mn (Three hundred and twenty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031)
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 2.180 Bn (Two billion and one hundred eighty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034)
- The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 1.437 Bn (One billion and four hundred thirty-seven million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
- The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 3.070 Bn (Three billion and seventy million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
