The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the May 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 2,840 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 0.655 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 2.705 billion, matures in 2028.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 2,185 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 9,482 billion, matures in 2031.
