The Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by the Ministry of Finance and the National Debt Management Center hereby announces the appointment of Al Rajhi Capital Company and Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation in place of Riyad Capital Company and Riyad Bank with respect to their roles under the debt instruments issued locally by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The appointment has been effectuated by way of a novation agreement dated 20/01/1444H corresponding 18/08/2022G and entered into by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyad Capital Company, Riyad Bank, Al Rajhi Capital Company and Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation.
