Closure of the May 2020 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

​The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the May 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 5.755 billion.

The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

- The first tranche has a size of SAR 3.805 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 6.549 billion, matures in 2025.

- The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.950 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 10.296 billion, matures in 2030.
