NDMC closes the August 2026 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of August 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 9.518 Bn (nine billion five hundred and eighteen million Saudi Riyals)

The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:

  • The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.550 Bn (one billion five hundred and fifty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031).
  • The second tranche has a size of SAR 2.396 Bn (two billion three hundred and ninety-six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2033).
  • The third tranche has a size of SAR 258 Mn (two hundred and fifty-eight million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036).
  • The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 4.064 Bn (four billion and sixty-four million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039).
  • The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 1.250 Bn (one billion two hundred and fifty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2041).
