NDMC closes the February 2022 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of February 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 13.178 Bn (Thirteen Billion and one hundred seventy-eight Million Saudi Riyals).

 The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the completion of receiving investors' requests for the international trust certificates issuance (Sukuk), with a total value of USD 5 billion under the Kingdom's Global Trust Certificate Issuance Program.

 

The Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows:

  • The first tranche has a size of SAR 7.528 Bn (Seven Billion and five hundred twenty-eight Million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030).
  • The second tranche has a size of SAR 5.650 Bn (Five Billion and six hundred fifty Million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034).
