NDMC closes the February 2026 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of February 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 7.868 Bn (seven billion eight hundred and sixty-eight million Saudi Riyals)

 

The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:

  • The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.176 Bn (One Billion one hundred and seventy-six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031)
  • The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.387 Bn (One Billion Three hundred and eighty-seven million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2033)
  • The third tranche has a size of SAR 1.598 Bn (One Billion five hundred and ninety-eight million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
  • The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 510 Mn (Five hundred ten million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
  • The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 3.197 Bn (Three billion one hundred and ninety-seven million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2041)​
