NDMC closes the January 2026 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of January 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 2.269 Bn (Two billion two hundred and sixty-nine million Saudi Riyals)

 

The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:

  • The first tranche has a size of SAR 410 Mn (Four hundred and ten million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031)
  • The second tranche has a size of SAR 338 Mn (Three hundred and thirty-eight million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2033)
  • The third tranche has a size of SAR 101 Mn (One hundred and one million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
  • The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 523 K (Five hundred and twenty -three thousand Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
  • The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 1.420 Bn (one billion and four hundred and twenty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2041)
