The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of June 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 5.442 Bn (Five billion and four hundred forty-two million Saudi Riyals).
The Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows:
• The first tranche has a size of SAR 2.863 Bn (Two billion and eight hundred sixty-three million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030).
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 2.579 Bn (Two billion and five hundred seventy-nine million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034).
