The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of January 2023 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount of All Bids Received SAR 8.835 Bn (Eight billion and eight hundred and thirty-five million Saudi Riyals) and The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 3.466 Bn (Three billion and four hundred and sixty-six million Saudi Riyals).
The Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR1.266 Bn (One billion and two hundred and sixty-six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030).
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 2.200 Bn (Two billion and Two hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2035).
