20250417828NDMC closes the November 2025 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 3.805 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 6.549 billion, matures in 2025.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.950 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 10.296 billion, matures in 2030.
