The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the July 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 5.216 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.955 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 5.805 billion, matures in 2024.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 405 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 2.448 billion, matures in 2028.
- The Third tranche has a size of SAR 2.856 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 8.521 billion, matures in 2034.
