Closure of the February 2019 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the February 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 9.376 billion.

The Sukuk issuance was divided into three tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.805 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 2.000 billion, matures in 2024.
•  The second tranche has a size of SAR 0.274 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 5.449 billion, matures in 2029.
•  The third tranche has a size of SAR 7.297 billion and matures in 2031.
