The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the November 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 795 million (seven hundred and ninety-five million SAR).
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:
The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the August 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 2.261 billion.
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.415 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 4.183 billion, matures in 2024.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 258 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 2.628 billion, matures in 2028.
- The Third tranche has a size of SAR 588 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 9.109 billion, matures in 2034.
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 200 million (two hundred million SAR) and a total tranche size of SAR 982.6 million (nine hundred and eighty-two million and six hundred thousand SAR), matures in 2027.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 595 million (five hundred ninety-five million SAR), and a total tranche size of SAR 14,561billion (fourteen billion and five hundred sixty one million SAR), matures in 2030.
