The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the June 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 8.265 Billion (Eight Billion and two hundred fifty six Million SAR).
The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:
أعلن المركز الوطني لإدارة الدين الانتهاء من استقبال طلبات المستثمرين على إصداره المحلي لشهر يوليو 2021م تحت برنامج صكوك حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية بالريال السعودي، حيث تم تحديد حجم الإصدار بمبلغ إجمالي قدره 10.412 مليار ريال سعودي (عشر مليارات، وأربعمائة واثنا عشر مليون ريال سعودي).
• The first tranche has a size of SAR 2.755 Billion (Two Billion and seven hundred fifty five Million SAR), matures in (2028).قسمت الإصدارات إلى شريحتين، الأولى تبلغ 6.462 مليار ريال سعودي (ستة مليارات وأربعمائة واثنان وستون مليون ريال سعودي) لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2031 ميلادي، فيما بلغت الشريحة الثانية 3.950 مليار ريال سعودي (ثلاث مليارات وتسعمائة وخمسون مليون ريال سعودي) لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2035 ميلادي.
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 4.650 Billion (Four Billion six hundred and fifty Million SAR), matures in (2031).
• The third tranche has a size of SAR 860 Million (Eight hundred and sixty Million SAR), matures in (2035).
