The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the February 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 4.496 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 508 million and a total tranche size of SAR 1.223 billion, matures in 2027.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 3.988 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 3.988 billion, matures in 2035.
