The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of April 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 9.982 Bn (Nine billion and nine hundred eighty-two million Saudi Riyals).
The Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows:
• The first tranche has a size of SAR 6.402 Bn (Six billion and four hundred two million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032).
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 3.580 Bn (Three billion and five hundred eighty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2037).
