NDMC closes the March 2026 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

​​The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of March 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 15.436Bn (fifteen billion four hundred and thirty-six million Saudi Riyals)

 

The Sukuk issuance was divided into six tranches as follows:

  • The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.154 Bn (One billion one hundred and fifty-four million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029)
  • The second tranche has a size of SAR 11 Mn (Eleven million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031)
  • The third tranche has a size of SAR 365 Mn (Three hundred and sixty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2033)
  • The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 3.452 Bn (Three billion four hundred and fifty-two million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
  • The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 5.400 Bn (Five billion four hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
  • The sixth tranche has a size of SAR 5.054 Bn (Five billion fifty-four million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2041)
