The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the March 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 6.075 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 2.395 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 7.844 billion, matures in 2029.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 3.680 billion and matures in 2034.
