The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of February 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 13.178 Bn (Thirteen Billion and one hundred seventy-eight Million Saudi Riyals).
The Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows:
The first tranche has a size of SAR 7.528 Bn (Seven Billion and five hundred twenty-eight Million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030).
