NDMC closes the February 2022 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of February 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 13.178 Bn (Thirteen Billion and one hundred seventy-eight Million Saudi Riyals).

 

The Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows:

  • The first tranche has a size of SAR 7.528 Bn (Seven Billion and five hundred twenty-eight Million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030).

  • The second tranche has a size of SAR 5.650 Bn (Five Billion and six hundred fifty Million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034).The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of November 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 614.179 million (Six hundred and fourteen million and one hundred and seventy-nine thousand Saudi Riyals).
