Closure of the May 2021 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the May 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 3.530 billion (three billion and five hundred thirty million SAR).

The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

•     The first tranche has a size of SAR (3.305 billion) (three billion and three hundred and five million SAR), matures in (2028).

•     The second tranche has a size of SAR (225 million) (two hundred and twenty-five million SAR), matures in (2033).
