NDMC closes the MAY 2025 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-Denominated Sukuk Program

​The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

​​On behalf of The Ministry of Finance, The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the August 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 500 million.

  • The first tranche has a size of SAR 100 million and a total tranche size of SAR 6.125  billion, matures in 2028.The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of May 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-Denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 4.081 Bn (Four billion and eighty -one million Saudi Riyals)

     

    The Sukuk issuance was divided into four tranches as follows:

    • The first tranche has a size of SAR 489 Mn (Four hundred eighty-nine million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029).
  • The second tranche has a size of SAR 400 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 13.550​​ billion, matures in 2035.

  • The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.004 Bn (One billion and four million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032)
  • The third tranche has a size of SAR 1.288 Bn (One billion two hundred eighty-eight million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
  • The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 1.300 Bn (One billion three hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
